Urban Build

Urban builds are new home builds on developer land. The land is fully serviced with power, water, sewer, storm, and gas to site. Developer lots become available either through a builder group or lots are made available to the public. Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Ardrossan, Stony Plain, and Leduc all have new subdivisions that are up and coming in addition to older subdivisions that are closing out. We keep up to date with developers to know when lots become available so we can keep our clients informed. During the design phase architectural controls have to be met in order to keep your new home in line with the overall design plan of the neighborhood.
